New Step by Step added to our Tips & Tricks 'advanced' section of our site.

In early 2008, we were commissioned by one of our regular clients to airbrush another plane for him. He wanted to go a bit wilder than the last one that we did for him which was a more traditional warbird paintjob.
The plane named Merlin which is a scale mustang warbird, was coated in a Charcoal House of Kolor basecoat before being clearcoated then wet sanded, ready for the airbrushing to commence.
Due to the planes name, we decided to airbrush a Mural of a wizard on either side of the plane. This step by step shows the process to complete the mural check it out using the following link.

New Medusa themed Harley Tank

We have welcomed the new year and all the new and exciting projects that are in stall for us in 2011. One of our first bike jobs for the year is to create a display Tank for Harley Heaven in Dandenong, Melbourne. To incorporate a few elements into the design, we decided to create a Medusa themed Tank. One side of the tank has an airbrushed lady laying down, her body from torso up is natural however from her waist down she has a snakes tail, this is to show her transforming into Medusa. The other side of the Tank has a fully transformed image of Medusa in rage, fangs exposed and her eyes ready to turn any warrior willing to gaze upon her into stone. The centre section is the life support for this particular artwork, a biomechanical theme with half skull half woman face, piping and stretched skin some of which interacts with both medusa murals.
Pictures of this project once completed will be posted here, on our social networking sites and our website.
