Check out our latest video, Skulls & Flames Harley, Forty Eight.

Skulls & Flames, need I say more…A great theme for any Harley and truly fitting on this Harley Forty Eight. This bike was airbrushed completely freehand using only freehand templates to help achieve the fire effect. All the skulls were airbrushed randomly over the first layer of flame then as the flames progressed, the skulls were airbrushed to match with flame licks coming off them to help incorporate the skulls into the fire. You will also notice that a Bar & Shield outline has been rendered on either side of the tank, some skulls have the number 48 inscribed into their skulls and a 'forty eight' banner also burns within the flames.

Hope you enjoy the video, feel free to comment, like or share and until next time, keep paintin'…

A new week full of Exciting Projects.

We have been flat out here @ Airbrush Asylum, our work load so far for 2012 has been immense working on some exciting Harley projects.
We are currently working on a Chain & Skull Harley theme, which incorporates 'Live Free' with a winged skull complete with metal Bar & Shield logos, breaking free from chains which were airbrushed around the entire bike and rendered in a mix of solid sections and transparent parts. This bike will soon be complete and should definitely feature in some magazines and get attention when doing the show circuit.
We will soon complete a custom 48 for one of our motorbike retail customers, this bike will be airbrushed with a skull and realistic flame theme, incorporating some burning Bar & Shield logos.
Apart from that we have completed some rendering on logos and some other private custom bikes which will appear soon on our website.

Feel free to visit us @ www.airbrushasylum.com.au to check out our latest work and stay tuned for new photos and videos.

Bomber 48

The Bomber 48...The owner wanted the bike to look black from a distance, but upon closer inspection you can notice rivets, metal panels and rust around all the joins.
A Pin-Up mural fly's across the tank on a bomb, with 'Forty Eight' in script written on a torn banner. You will also find Military 'HD' logos, hand painted warning signs and other Old'Skool themed artwork.
